Single Subject Olympiads
We facilitate (and in some cases administer) the national olympiad exams for physics, chemistry, biology, earth science, and astronomy & astrophysics. Usually, we introduce these subject olympiads at the start of the year, conduct subject review meetings, and release registration info when they become available in the winter.
National Science Bowl
A close-knit and devoted community, our National Science Bowl teams have had top 2 finishes in the Pacific Northwest Regional for the past three years. Tryouts occur usually in mid-October, where students are screened first via a written knowledge test, then pitched head-to-head in buzzer rounds that mimic the official competition as closely as possible.
